As a Full Stack Engineer on the Platform team, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based gaming platform. We are looking for candidates with a high level of proficiency in software development practices to produce high-quality, robust, and maintainable products. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, game developers, and blockchain engineers, to define and implement platform features and functionalities.
• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement efficient and reliable data storage and retrieval mechanisms using MongoDB, and optimize database performance.
• Build robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Vue.js, integrating seamlessly with backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend designers to ensure smooth integration of frontend components.
• Implement unit tests, perform code reviews, and participate in the development of continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize platform performance, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the web development and gaming industry, and apply them to enhance our platform.

Must have Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of solid experience in developing web applications, preferably using the MEVN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Vue.js, Node.js) or similar.
• Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database design and optimization, specifically with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with frontend development, including responsive design and component-based frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies, such as Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, as well as continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with web-based or blockchain games.
• Familiarity with Ethereum or other blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects.
