While the prototype excels, integration into the client’s extant workflows poses a query. What level of efficacy is requisite for user acceptance? What guidelines, governance, and audit stipulations are in place, and how does our solution comply? How do we foster the adoption and measure the business impact of this solution? As an AI Engagement Manager at APAC AI, addressing and implementing these solutions in tandem with our clients is crucial.

Naturally, we don’t anticipate mastery from day one! Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, you’ll receive meticulous coaching and guidance to acclimate. Key is your ability to articulate with clarity and conciseness, coupled with a zeal to become proficient in this exhilarating domain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as APAC AI’s principal liaison for cooperative endeavors with client teams to architect, cultivate, and implement AI solutions, and supervise their business efficacy.
• Formulate client-tailored proposals, product concepts, strategies, and trajectories for AI products that catalyze business results.
• Enhance client relationships and uncover additional AI prospects.
• Offer expertise on client requirements and our suggested solutions, ensuring prompt realization and delivery of our initiatives.
• Conduct training, mentorship, and aid to client teams.
• Present AI workshops, demonstrations, and instructional sessions.
• Back sales endeavors.

Qualifications

• Versed in steering the conceptualization, evolution, deployment, and sustenance of enterprise AI initiatives.
• Competent in managing multifaceted products with diverse business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborative aptitude with Data Scientists and ML DevOps Engineers in AI initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, data science, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Robust leadership and team management acumen.
• Adept in fostering client relationships and leading transformational campaigns.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication competencies.
• Adeptness in authoring proposals, documentation, articles, and engineering reports.
• Capable of navigating in uncertain environments and with exploratory projects.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 4 years in consulting, engagement management, or product management roles.
• Bachelors or Masters degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
