About the role:

For this role we are recruiting an experienced Fullstack developer to join a company that stands at the pinnacle of the crypto world, offering streamlined access via its intuitive products. As member of their team you will dive deep into the world of crypto, crafting code for market-making on both centralized and decentralized platforms.  You will innovate automated trading platform features, backtesting systems, and more. In addition, you will bolster platform's capabilities, design new systems, and provide support for the existing infrastructure.

Key  Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and upkeep tech platform.
• Foster transparent communications with team members and partners.
• Draft detailed software documentation elucidating system designs and functionalities.
• Pinpoint and implement enhancements for our systems and workflows, emphasizing performance, accuracy, and speed.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product heads, and leadership, translating our vision into tangible quarterly outputs.

Idea candidate:

• 3+ years as a back-end software engineer with proficiency in Python. Experience in financial or trading sectors is key.
• Passion for producing quality code with a focus on scalability.
• Solid experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and familiarity with diverse databases.
• Acquaintance with CI/CD and DevOps nuances, including AWS ECR, EKS, GitHub workflows, NewRelic monitoring, and Terraform.
• Proven skills in API development, backend microservices, and database architecture.
• Comfort with the OSI model, particularly HTTP and WebSockets.
• Demonstrated prowess in conceptualizing, creating, scaling, and sustaining production services within a service-oriented architecture.
• A penchant for reliability and security, especially in the financial realm.
• Curiosity about Blockchain with an eagerness to remain updated in the crypto sphere.
• An inclination towards a feedback-driven culture with collective code ownership.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (M.Sc. is a plus).
