Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), or related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, Product Manager, or Program Manager.
• Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot API calls, JavaScript configurations, and write technical documentation.
