Role Overview:

Are you a seasoned, charismatic, and forward-thinking leader? We're on the hunt for a Vice President of Project Development to champion initiatives. Your role will be central in steering projects to success, ensuring they resonate with strategic objectives and spearheading a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall direction and strategy for project development, ensuring alignment with company’s business goals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary project development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of project development from ideation, planning, execution, to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product managers, engineering, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and communication.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes, implement best practices, and innovate to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all projects are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee project development budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management or development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects to successful completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
